pesto-goat-cheese pasta!

Alissa gave me this delicious homemade pesto, so I decided to make this BLB inspired pasta dish.

1. use a pasta that is shorter in size, I used fusili

2. toss cooked pasta with pesto (I used 1/4 cup pesto to about half of a package of pasta)

3. top with one chopped tomato and a few hearty dollops of goat cheese.

4. salt and pepper! awesome, easy, dinner sure to impress your friends! (and Paul)
