Polenta Turkey Tacos!

To anyone reading this blog, I ask… what defines a taco? Is it the tortilla, the beef, the fact that is has meat, or what? Why isn’t a falafel wrap a taco? We pondered this question over tonight’s turkey tacos intermingled with baked-saucey-polenta, Sarah’s leftover corn salsa, guac, and sharp cheddar cheese. It was yummy enough to provide leftovers for half-day Fridays (tomorrow).
